Download and install

8. Complete the installation

12. Create a new project

Configure third-party libraries

1）pycharm Internal installation of third-party libraries
from file Choose from setting open , find Python Interpreter open , Click on + Number , Search for third-party library packages you want to install , choice Install Package pack , The package is completed
2）windows+R Turn on run , Input cmd open , Input pip install + The library name can be used to install the third-party library .
