STM32 clock tree misconfiguration causes boot to enter hard interrupt

In the code , The external clock is used in the clock configuration 8M Crystal oscillator , But the hardware actually uses 16M Crystal oscillator . Clock tree according to 8M If the crystal oscillator is configured , It will cause the single chip microcomputer to power on and directly enter the hard interrupt .
