Docker installing Oracle

docker install oracle

1. Inquire about mysql edition

docker search oracle

2. Download the version you need , Here's what I downloaded oracle 11g

docker pull oracleinanutshell/oracle-xe-11g

3. Create a mirror instance

docker run -d -p 1521:1521 --name oracle11g -e ORACLE_ALLOW_REMOTE=true oracleinanutshell/oracle-xe-11g

-e ORACLE_ALLOW_REMOTE=true Turn on Remote Access

4. Get into oracle example

docker exec -it oracle11g bash

5. land oracle

sqlplus / as sysdba 

6. User name and password

username: system
password: oracle

7. Remote connection
