On my computer jdk yes 1.8 Of , So is the project jdk8 Of , After execution neo4j.bat install-service After the command , Tell you the current jdk Version is 1.8, Should use the jdk11

solve ：
Download it jdk11 And configure the environment variables to download neo4j.bat install-service
And then jdk11 Switch to jdk8 That's it
