Changes were made to tables that cannot be recreated or the prevent saving changes that require the table to be recreated option was enabled

It's too troublesome , Every time you modify the table structure, it will be " prevent ".

open “Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio” Tools ,

Choose... From the menu bar ： Tools -〉 Options -〉 On the left there's a Designer -〉 Table designer and database designer -  Prevent saving changes that require the table to be recreated ( On the right side ) Just remove the hook .
