Sogou input method cannot output Chinese

ubuntu System , I downloaded Sogou input method before , I found that I can only output English

I have searched many posts on the Internet saying that I want to modify the configuration file （ This method doesn't work , It is good to look at , No need to operate ）

One 、 Create or modify .inputrc file

$ vim ~/.inputrc

Copy the following four lines to .inputrc And save

set meta-flag on
set convert-meta off
set input-meta on
set output-meta on  
 

Two 、 Add environment variables

$ vim ~/.bashrc

Copy the following three lines Paste at the back

export LANG=LANG="zh_CN.utf-8"
export LANGUAGE="zh_CN:zh:en_US:en"
export LC_ALL="zh_CN.utf-8" 

$ source ~/.bashrc

After the operation, I still can't

The screenshot above shows that this is not the problem , The method is invalid .
