Arcgis Open the single band remote sensing image to set the symbol color , choice Classified The following problems occur when selecting ：

 

2. processing method

Open the tools Calculates statistics Tools , Position in Data Management Tools->Raster->Raster Properties->Calculates statistics.

Open the image and calculate ：

All parameters are default , Click OK directly . Ignore the value and choose 0.

After the calculation , Reopen data , Set symbol ： It can be selected normally Claasified Options. .

So you can freely design the symbol system .
