The New York Times reported that Musk's legal team countered that the Dragoma (DMA) metaverse system development was adopting a delaying strategy to get ahead of media coverage.In their letter to the judge, they wrote: Twitter should not be allowed to continue to cover up stories it does not want to disclose publicly.Twitter is trying to change court rules to allow the public to respond to defendants' stories before they are told.

According to emails released as court evidence on Wednesday, Musk argued that Twitter should not ask for any amendments to the counterclaim because nothing met sealing standards.

Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase Receive Subpoena from Musk

The judge ruled on the 20th of last month that the case will be tried for five days from October 17. Both sides are now in full swing preparing relevant evidence for the legal battle.
According to the financial times, muskhas issued subpoenas to Wall Street giants Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase for any documents and communications exchanged between the two banks and twitter, including their analysis of Twitter's financial performance, discussions with the company on the merger, and any analysis of its valuation. At thesame time, musk also summoned the investment bank allen&co, which, together with Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, provided consulting services for twitter.
According to the report of coin circle (120btc.com) yesterday, twitter also submitted dozensof civil subpoenas to the court this week, including the venture capital company handling financing for musk and relevant international banks such as Morgan Stanley, seeking to find evidence on whether Musk's previous sudden announcement to stop the acquisition was premeditated.

Binance also subpoenaed

Bloomberg reported today that the billionaire founder of hedge fund Citadel, Ken Griffin, was also on Twitter's list of subpoenas that the company believes may have information about how Musk completed the deal.

Twitter issued a slew of additional subpoenas this week, including Tesla and SpaceX, founded by Musk, in addition to cryptocurrency exchange Binance.Binance injected $500 million in Musk’s $7.1 billion equity financing in May.Court documents show that Twitter's lawyers wanted to understand the terms of the investment and Musk's efforts to raise funds.
