2、 Create recruitment position test paper

3、 Invite candidates
3.1 Single invite candidate

3.2 Invite candidates in batches
Candidates can choose to upload in batches , Click on the top right corner 【Excel Import candidates 】, download 【 Candidate template 】, Fill in according to the contents ,【 Click upload 】, One time batch uploading 20 people .

4、 Set test paper permission parameters

4.1 Basic position information settings

4.2 Answer set

4.3 Submission settings ( System default )

4.4 Anti leakage setting ( System default )
Intelligent random : After opening , The order of objective questions will be randomly disordered .
The topic can be changed temporarily : The test paper has been pushed to the candidate , If the test paper leaks ,HR The topic can be changed temporarily , Ensure that the test paper of the candidate who has not answered the questions is changed .
5、 Inform the candidate to answer the question
5.1 One-to-one email invitation notification answer
Enter candidate information , Enter the notification invitation interface . choice 【 Mail notification 】 Under the 【 Waiting to send 】 Next to 【 Icon 】, Click once to pop up the prompt interface , Click on 【 determine 】 You can send .
5.2 Public invitation to answer questions
Select the corresponding position 【 Public invitation to answer questions 】, Pop up the interface to select 【 Replication link 】, Send to candidate .
The technical post should be at PC End answer ; Non technical posts can answer questions in small programs , The interviewer should guide them to enter their real name and the company they are applying for , Then enter the online written examination .
6、 View evaluation records

7、HR mark examination papers
7.1 System AI Intelligent judgment
At the operation bar on the right of each candidate , Click on the corresponding 【 Talent report 】. The top menu bar is the evaluation report 、 Online resume 、 Evaluation progress 、 comment .
HR Refer to the system judgment results 【 Analysis of evaluation results 】, Check the candidate's answer paper ( The examination paper is checked in the answer section 【 Check the details 】), Finally make an evaluation , choice 【 qualified / unqualified / undetermined 】, The result can be notified to the candidate through the official account . 7.2 Technical assistance
