一、简介
即通过路径和请求方式就可以确定需要进行何种操作
二、案例
1、RequestMapping注解中的属性 method：选择对应的提交方式 
根据开发风格：保存一个用户通过post的方式提交请求
由于使用了RequestMethod的限制，当使用其他的方式 请求xxxx/users 时是不被允许的
2、@PathVariable：获取路径中的变量
在value对应的属性需要做出改变才能 得到对应的值
