Open version - write off

1. Open the store

2. Add pick up point

Location ： Set up > Pick up point settings > Pick up point

3. Add write off clerk

Location ： Set up > Pick up point settings > The verifier

Description of the write off Clerk ： The verification clerk has a pick-up point / The write off clerk only has the permission to write off the order and view the details of the write off order / The front-end mall personal center has a button to enter the verification

4. Background order write off

Location ： Order > Order management > Order write off

You can write off with the background write off code , You can also write off background orders directly : Click on “ Immediate write off “ Button to write off the order , Please confirm the order before write off , Avoid false write offs .

Mobile terminal order verification ： Enable write off operator permission in the background , Mobile terminal verification , The verification location is in the mall > my > Order write off , There are two write off methods: write off code and QR code on the mobile terminal
