Smt贴片加工出现元件立碑的解决方法
在贴片加工中会出现立碑、葡萄球、连桥等焊接问题,立碑是怎么产生的,该如何解决,下面英特丽技术给大家分析如下:
立碑形成的原因
立碑是因为元件两端的焊锡量不同,在经过回流焊高温炉后,一端的锡融化的较快,另外一端融化的慢,导致两端出现受力不均衡,随着回流焊温度渐渐升高,融化的两端融化的不均衡,导致一端翘起,产生立碑的现象。
SMT贴片加工中立碑问题的原因
立碑现象解决方法
1.通过设计解决
缩小焊垫的内距尺寸,在不造成短路的情况下尽量缩小两端焊垫间的距离,让较慢融锡一端的锡膏有更大的空间可以黏住免于立起,增加立碑的难度。
2.通过制程解决
减缓回焊区升温的速度,让PCB上所有线路的温度都能达到一致,然后同时融锡
其他立碑产生的原因
电子元件单边氧化,解决方法:更换电子料
贴片机贴装电子元件偏移较大,解决方法:检查是吸嘴还是飞达的问题或是相机MARK点不准。
锡膏印刷偏位,解决方法:检查钢网孔是否偏位,检查刮刀的压力和速度是否合适
