At present, there are two problems ：

    1. Consumable breakage ： my 3D The printer is equipped with a remote extruder , And the extrusion force can be adjusted , There was no problem with the previous consumables , This one has been put for a long time and has just been broken by the extruder .... Broken ？？？ Yes, it's really broken .... This thing , The naked eye can't tell if it is wet or not ... According to the information on the Internet, it may also be deterioration , I'm not sure whether it's gone bad or damp , But there must be something wrong with the pit . Because the black consumables are also official consumables , A roll of white consumables that was almost used up before is also official , There is no broken consumable or blocked nozzle .

   2. Plugging nozzle ： Because there is still hope for this consumable , Afraid to break again , Just reduce the extrusion force of the basic machine , good heavens , Half of the stuff started blocking the nozzle , Wori .... I dare not use this roll of consumables , I don't know what else will happen ... It was probably caused by blocking the nozzle , It's just , The reaction is different .

 

PLA If you put it for a long time, it will really cause problems .... The following figure shows the failure of the material breaking sensor , The material is not broken , Blocked up , But why does this error occur ？ The consumables shall be sealed and placed , It will soon be used up after dismantling . I used to think getting wet meant having fun , You can learn from a fall .
