Tencent Internship Summary

1. Foreword

From May to August 2016, I was fortunate to come to Tencent as an intern.

After nearly three months of internship, I have learned a lot in work and life with the leaders, mentors and colleagues in the group, and new and enterprising students. 2. Looking Back

The short-term internship seems to disappear as the summer heat is about to disappear, but the spring campus internship recruitment is still fresh in my mind.Here

3.MINI Project

Two days after joining the company, I participated in the general education course on the company's rules, regulations and culture, which gave me a general understanding of the company's organizational structure, cultural concepts, and corporate vision.The subsequent MINI project impressed me a lot.

The MINI project, I am very happy to be able to work with my new colleagues in the short but long two weeks and finally won the MINI project gold award.During this period, I realized the importance of team PM, PDM, and their respective division of labor with technical staff.The most important thing is how important it is to have a united and persistent effort as a team moves towards a firm goal.Thanks to those lovely MINI project team members, I have learned a lot from you, not only the gold award, but also the friendship and solidarity.

4. Work harvest

During the internship, strictly follow the arrangement of time and tasks, and promote the progress of the work in an orderly manner.Attend work on time and cherish every day of practice time.I have a deep understanding of practice.The study of theory is important, but only when it is applied to practice can we appreciate the value and power of theory.Practice can also help us test our theoretical knowledge level, recognize our own shortcomings and work hard to make up for our own knowledge shortcomings.Leader also told me that as a technician, you need professional skills, deep understanding, and shallow application, so as to translate what you have learned into practical results and bring social value.It is inevitable to encounter problems in my work. To solve the problems, my mentor's guidance is particularly important. It has brought me great help in work and life. Here I would like to express my deep gratitude to my mentor otiszeng.With the help and guidance of leaders, mentors and colleagues, I basically completed the modules I was responsible for on time: summary and improvement of existing invitation-to-group attack strategies, invitation-to-group malicious attack, promotion group analysis, etc.The newly added invitation-to-group attack strategy increased the malicious attack volume by 30W, and the audit malicious volume decreased by about 10W.

It is not terrible to encounter problems. Sometimes problems are the entrance and opportunity to learn new knowledge.Because of the problems encountered at work, I also learned a lot of problems, but in the end I solved them.For example, I am familiar with the use of TDW, the task scheduling configuration of the Luo subsystem, the invitation to enter and exit the warehouse, the basic use of MySQL, the writing of Shell scripts, etc., I have gained a lot!

5. Outlook

I'm about to leave the warm goose factory. I quietly think about it, and my heart is inexplicably reluctant.The end of the internship is not the end, but a new starting point, moving forward with a sense of knowledge.Here I would like to thank leader bearcui and mentor otiszeng again, thank you for your company and selfless help.
