Method 1 ：

cmd Restart the resource manager to avoid restarting

taskkill /im explorer.exe /f
start c:\windows\explorer.exe

Method 2 ：

It's no use to me , But also produce black frame bug.（2021-12 Monthly update ： This method is easy to use ）

1：WIN+R , Input regedit, Open the registry .

2： Open the registry at the following location ：

Computer \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Shell Extensions\Blocked

Be careful ： If there is no Blocked You need to create a new folder Blocked Folder .

3： Right click → newly build → A string value . Enter the following values ：{e2bf9676-5f8f-435c-97eb-11607a5bedf7}.

4： Restart the computer （ It's very important ）. To restore and delete the new value （ Does not affect normal use ）
