Excel add key run macro

Add you define a macro , Want to run it more conveniently , You can add it to the quick access bar or add a button control . Some other functions can be added in the same way , Make the operation more convenient and fast .

The first method , Add to the quick access bar .

Steps are as follows ：

stay Ribbon Click on the More Commands：

open Excel Options window .

choice Quick Access Toolbar, Then add the defined macro Quick Access Bar in .

In this way, a button appears in the upper left corner , Click directly to run the macro you set .

The second method , Add a button control .

open Excel Options window , Open the development menu function ：

Then click Insert , Select the key .

Click the left mouse button on the page , The dialog box will pop up , I want you to specify a macro that this button will run .

After selecting macros , A key will be generated , You can change your name .
