需求描述
如何知道job的cpu time/elapse time情况？
需求分析
经查看文档，
在/home/lsfadmin/dist/conf/lsbatch/my-lsf-cluster/configdir/lsb.queues文件的定义normal队列处，加上JOB_IDLE定义，如图所示，
修改完配置文件，执行
badmin reconfig重新提交一个job到normal队列，并查看，
出现了IDLE_FACTOR(cputime/runtime)字段。
