启动微服务之后，服务正常启动且可以运行，但是客户端控制台一直提示：registration status: 204
查看配置文件：
可能是lease-renewal-interval-in-seconds值比lease-expiration-duration-in-seconds的值小了
也有可能是别的问题，仅供参考
