Double-click the ExcludeFromCPL DWORD.

3. Set the value data to 0 and click OK to save the changes.

After making these changes, you now have the option to change the window login sound.To change the startup sound, all you need to do is:

1. Open search and input sound.Select Change system sound from the list.

2. Make sure Play Windows startup sound is selected.

3. Select Windows Login from the list.

4. Select the desired sound from the sound menu.

5. Now click Apply and OK to save the changes.

Changing startup sounds on Windows 11 is not enabled by default, to do this you will need to modify the registry and expose the option to change the Windows logon sound.
