关于ROS2安装connext RMW的进度条卡在13%问题的解决办法
这个问题是笔者在最近安装ROS2时遇到的，刚开始还以为是自己的网络或者系统问题，经过多次尝试失败之后，对安装过程中刷新的英文通知进行阅读后发现，安装connext时，需要同意一个协议才可进行安装，而因为没有同意安装协议，所以才会卡在13%；
安装环境：Ubuntu18.04 LTS
安装ROS2系统版本： Dashing
根据安装提示进行安装
阅读上述英文提示，就是讲述需要同意安装协议，在终端中多次按回车键将逐条显示安装协议内容。
输入yes，回车，安装继续进行
安装完成
