Sublime text 3 Chinese + add common plug-ins

1. Hold down Ctrl + shift + p, Input package control

2. Click menu Preferences -> Package Control

3.Package Control：Install Package

4. Input ChineseLocalization enter  

5. Completion of Sinicization
