stay ubuntu Started on tftpd, As tftp The server provides file download services for embedded development boards . I want to use tftp Upload a file on the development board to ubuntu, It turned out to be wrong

# tftp -pr core 192.168.31.223
tftp: server error: (1) File not found

Usually the download is good , How to upload is not enough ？

After a search , come to know tftpd Start parameters should be added -c Options , This option means that you are allowed to create files
Original order

/usr/sbin/in.tftpd --listen --user tftp --address :69 --secure /home/liyongjun/tftp

It is amended as follows

/usr/sbin/in.tftpd --listen --user tftp --address :69 -c --secure /home/liyongjun/tftp

Be careful , To use root Permissions to perform
Try it again , The following error was reported

# tftp -pr core 192.168.31.223
tftp: server error: (0) Permission denied

It turns out that the directory permissions are insufficient , modify

sudo chmod 777 ~/tftp/

Execute on the development board again

# tftp -pr core 192.168.31.223
#
