Diazo Biotin-PEG3-DBCO is a biotin reagent that reacts with azides via copper-free Click Chemistry.Diazo allows efficient release of captured biotinylated molecules from streptavidin using sodium dithionite (Na2S2O4).

Diazobiotin DBCO contains a biotin moiety that is attached to the DBCO group via a sodium dithionite (Na2S2O4) cleavable diazo linker.Captured protein targets can be released under mild conditions with a 50 mM sodium dithionite solution and passed through mass spectrometry.
