5、交付地点：采购人指定地点

6、采购预算：480000元,Offers that exceed the budgeted amount will not be accepted.

7、本项目不接受联合体投标.

Qualified suppliers must meet the following criteria

1、满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定;

2、落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：

If the project meets the government's mandatory procurement of energy-saving products、Encourage environmentally friendly products、Support welfare enterprises、支持中小微企业、Support prisons and drug rehab businesses、Policies such as supporting underdeveloped areas and ethnic minority areas and restricting the purchase of imported products,Relevant policies will be implemented.

3、本项目的特定资格要求：（1）根据《Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Supplier Registration and Integrity Management Measures》Suppliers that have been registered in inventory.（2）未被列入“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)失信被执行人名单、List of parties to major tax violation cases and China Government Procurement Network(www.ccgp.gov.cn)Suppliers on the government procurement record list of serious illegal and dishonest acts.

Qualified suppliers can purchase the negotiation documents within the time specified above and participate in the bidding according to the requirements of the negotiation documents.

All qualified suppliers who are willing to participate in the bidding shall obtain the negotiation documents in accordance with the regulations within the time specified above,逾期不再办理.Bids that do not obtain consultation documents as required will be rejected.
