1. install .net core Runtime

https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/3.1/runtime

Windows install , choice desktop apps

2. Install bundled apps

After selecting the version , Click to , find Core Runtime support ：IIS runtime support, Inside Hosting Bundle（ Managed bundle ） download

3.Net core Publish applications

4. stay iis Deployment above

Set no hosting

Possible problems

1、cmd Enter the command , Prompt unable to start this program , Because it's lost in the computer api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem
