Rstudio shows that it can't connect to the web page, or it has a new website.

1. It didn't work for months RStudio When you first open it, it shows that you can't connect to the web page , Or the website has been changed to a new website . See the figure below for specific error reporting .

2. terms of settlement ：

 First open as administrator cmd, Then enter the following code in turn ,
ipconfig /flushdns
nbtstat –r
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

 Then restart the computer and you can use it again .
