[bug solution] error in installing pycocotools in win10

Running Yolov6 when , Import required pycocotools, So we use pip install pcocotools Installation , The result is wrong .

Solution

The error reason prompt is also very clear ： Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 or greater is required.
