FANUC robot SRVO-050 Analysis of the causes of collision detection alarm and countermeasures


| Alarm content : Collision detected ( The estimated disturbance torque in the servo software exceeds the specified value ) |
| Possible causes of failure : |
- The robot actually collided
- Move too hard
- The friction caused by the decrease of ambient temperature increases
- Insufficient torque due to input voltage drop
- Brake failure ( Setting error )
- Failure of the additional axle brake unit ( In the case of additional shafts )
- Amplifier fault
- Emergency stop unit failure
- Motor failure
- Cable failure
- Reducer failure
