EasyCVR calls the cloud recording API and returns an error and no recording file is generated. What is the reason?

EasyCVR platform supports multi-type devices and multi-protocol access, including market mainstream standard protocols GB/T28181, RTMP, RTSP/Onvif protocols, etc., as well as manufacturers' private protocols, such as Hikvision SDK, Dahua SDK, HikvisionEhome et al.The platform can process and distribute the access streaming media, and the distributed video formats include RTSP, RTMP, FLV, HLS, WebRTC, etc.The platform supports massive video aggregation management, and can provide video capabilities such as live video surveillance, cloud recording, cloud storage, video retrieval and review, intelligent alarm, platform cascade, voice intercom, and intelligent analysis.

According to user feedback, the cloud recording is started after the platform is called. After the feedback is successful, the recording file is not generated (as shown in the following figure):

The technology has investigated the situation, and the local test call has not been able to generate a video file.Further investigation found that it turned out that the user did not enable the recording plan on the platform.

Therefore, we remind users that before calling the cloud recording interface, they need to open the recording plan in the platform - [Configuration Center] - [Recording Plan], and save it, as shown in the figure:

After opening the recording plan, and then calling the interface, the api interface of cloud recording can be successfully called, and the platform can also successfully generate the recording file.
