Set up BOASpot Smart cameras IP Address

1. The computer is set to fixed IP, for example 192.168.1.5

2. open Discover BOA Cameras Software

Default IP The address is 192.168.0.1, Because it is not in a network segment , So the camera icon is Red , modify IP The address is 192.168.1.1 And click the Apply, The camera color changes to green .

BOASpot Smart camera language configuration

Choose IP Click the address Setting, In the pop-up browser （ Test use IE11） Modify the language in to Chinese .

Click on iNspect Enter the camera configuration interface .

The browser will prompt to open the plug-in , Click allow .

2. Sensor Setup Sensor configuration

Image acquisition requires a stable light environment , Changes in external light will affect the detection effect , Therefore, it is necessary to add protective covers and other devices to isolate external light sources .

Select Internal clock touch Send photos .

Sensor exposure and brightness adjustment .

Monitor photo quality .

Adjust focal length , Finally get a clear image .

Finally revised to Software triggers （ It's very important , Otherwise, the communication connection will be lost ）

3.Tool Setup Tool settings

Get images .

Select tool , Here we use Pixel matching Way to demonstrate .

After selecting the tool, drag an area on the image .

Right click the tool name .

Match score settings , You can adjust , Click lock .

Click to lock the learning template .

Set the rotation angle , When the object rotates at an angle, it can also be recognized , Default 0 degree , I'm going to set it to 360 degree .

The default matching method is pixels , It can also be modified to match the shape .

Image preprocessing , Increase according to demand .

Click application 、 confirm .

Drag the range of the detection box , Increase the detection range .

4.Connect Setup Network connection settings .

Support communication types ：

choice Profinet RT IO.

choice Dint type .

Click to increase .

Picture storage settings , Set as required .

5. Edit script

Task types are divided into ：

Receive the photographing command communication script Put it in Periodic tasks in , Double click the task name to start editing the script , Click to check the grammar and confirm .

add to BOA Smart cameras .

Connect CPU and BOA Smart cameras .

Double click Modify attribute IP Address , It is amended as follows 192.168.1.1, modify PROFINET Equipment name boaspot（ and Nexus In the agreement ）

modify IO Scan cycle .
