Unable to start web server when Nacos starts

Nacos edition ：2.0.3
Just simply decompress , And then to bin Directory execution startup.cmd There is this error report

Solution ：
because nacos Is the default cluster mode, so we are startup.cmd Inside No 28 Just change the line to stand-alone mode
set MODE=“standalone”

PS： before this , I also modified the root directory /conf/application.properties In the document server.tomcat.basedir For my local tomcat The root path ：D:\Java\apache-tomcat-7.0.82-windows-x64\apache-tomcat-7.0.82\
But the report is wrong , This configuration should have nothing to do with the above error report
