Iqtree| software for constructing evolutionary tree

1.IQtree What is it?

   Using the maximum likelihood method to construct the software of phylogenetic tree .

2.IQtree Download and install

conda create -n iqtree
conda activate iqtree
conda install iqtree

3.IQtree Operation of

iqtree -s input_file -nt 10 -o ma -pre /home/../tree/
-s  Input file 
-nt  Number of threads 
-o  Specify outer group ,fasta In file > Back section , If you set up multiple outgroups , Put it on a list , such as ：[ma,td,tj]
-pre  Specify the directory where the output file is stored
