The solution to the random capture of the cursor when the polygon copper skin is hollowed out

Here's the thing, I want to draw a polygonal copper skin hollow.

And then, this AD is really weird. When I use the mouse to move the cursor, the cursor is always randomly captured on some grids, which makes me very annoyed!

Later, I found that using the arrow keys to move the cursor, there will be no random capture:
